What if I want to book for a flight that does not fall within those weight limit parameters? Can I cancel if they can’t fly us in the combination that I want?

Again, please try to follow the guidelines for combined weight when making your booking. We cannot guarantee any specific combinations ahead of time so normal cancellation policies do apply. The decision is at the captain’s sole discretion to fly you in the way that is most safe for you and every other passenger.

Stick the the guidelines and you should be fine. Also please be willing to have a little flexibility with us on this. We are able to accommodate most people’s wishes in this area but want just to qualify that.
